Here are some groundrules I would propose for participation in this conversation:
1. The conversation is open to anyone (credentialled or non-credentialled, Lancaster Mennonite Conference member or not, Mennonite or not…)
2. If you would like to be able to publish posts, you will need to email me with this request (I am serving as administrator of this blog at the moment). My email address is Millerhouse5@comcast.net
I would ask that you identify yourself and give a church you are a member of (if any).
3. You may leave comments on posts without going through #2.
4. I suggest that each person who participates would identify themselves by first and last name, and also your local church affiliation. I believe that this conversation can be most constructive when individuals don’t participate anonymously.
5. I would presume that some will visit this blog who are not members of a local Christian church. While this initial topic of conversation is more “in-house” I believe I would speak for the other editors of this blog in saying that we welcome all voices (again with the caveat that you identify who you are and what your relationship with the church is).
